Senada Semesta


 

Akhir-akhir ini selalu setiap abis bangun tidur pasti deg-degan, mau itu tidur siang ataupun malem.

So, gue gk bisa tuh yang kayak orang abis bangun tidur terus tidur lagi. Instead of tidur lagi yang malah membuat gue merasakan deg-degan nya lebih parah, I woke up doing something misal baca buku, nonton youtube, or rapih-rapih kamar.

Suka bingung, is it normal? ya I know sih, kalau abis bangun tidur gtu gue harus langsung aktifitas biar gk deg degan berlarut, tapi kan pengen ya bangun tidur tuh tenang gtu, apalagi kalau weekend, kan pengen bangun terus tidur lagi gtu for the whole day.

I indeed, took a breath everytime "Deg-degan" moment happen gtu, tp apprently it's not really helping, unless ya itu gue bangun dan doing something.

I also think that, is there anything bothering me? work? love? life? makanya mungkin gue anxious. Tapi again, I dont know. ya masalah sih ada aja di 3 kategori itu, tpi masa iya sih itu sampe effect my body segitunya. 

Apakah memang selama kita hadup akan selalu kayak gini, bisa gk yaa hidup tuh tenang gtu, gk ada masalah, peaceful hehehe.
